Michelle Garber, LCSW
Welcome
Choosing to begin therapy is an act of courage and self-love. This is a space where you are welcome here, just as you are. This is a space where your story matters a place to feel seen, supported, and gently held as you navigate your healing. Together, we’ll explore your experiences with care and compassion, and take steps, at your pace, toward the clarity, connection, and change you’re seeking. You don’t have to do this alone.
A Note on the Journey
“Life isn’t about expecting, hoping, or wishing. It’s about doing, being, and becoming.”
Have you ever struggled to find the right words to express how you feel, who you are, or what you need from the people in your life? Maybe you’ve replayed a conversation from the day before, wondering what you could have said differently to feel more understood or resolve a conflict. You’re not alone—and reaching out for support through therapy is a courageous and meaningful first step.
Therapy as a Collaborative Partnership
In our work together, therapy is a collaborative process. You are the expert on your own life—your experiences, your challenges, and your story. The therapeutic space is designed to be a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment, where you can feel truly seen and heard.
Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you, identify your strengths, and set small, meaningful goals that move you toward the life you want to live.

If you’re ready to take the next step, know that support is here. Healing isn’t always linear, but you don’t have to walk the path alone. It would be an honor to walk alongside you.
