I received my Master of Social Work from the University of Texas San Antonio, providing me with a comprehensive foundation in mental health issues and therapeutic interventions.

Beyond my practice, I find balance and joy in the outdoors. I love taking my dogs, Bella and Remy, out with me as often as possible, especially on road trips. I'm a lifelong learner, always exploring new things like dance, trying new recipes, and diving into DIY projects. In my spare time, you'll often find me reading a good book or listening to insightful podcasts. I also have a passion for travel, eager to explore new cities, states, and countries, getting to know different people and cultures.
